iPhone 14 Pro Max unresponsive screen issue

I've long believed that iPhones are immune to hanging issues, yet recently, I've encountered a problem with receiving calls. When trying to answer a call, the swipe gesture doesn't respond as expected, requiring me to lock and then unlock the phone to answer. I've ensured that my phone is updated with the latest updates.

Hey Apple, been here since iPhone 6. Fix your underwear stain that is the iPhone 14, or I’ll be using mine to price android phones. I won’t keep buying iPhones if you won’t listen to your customers. You need our money more than we need you!!!!!

It's my first time to use an iPhone got it last year December 14promax on the 10 of May 2024 the screen was unable to respond to touch, up to now no response, am so confused and disappointed, the phone is very new no history of drops... Have tried everything but phone still not responding 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I am also experiencing the same issues. I have to sometimes reboot my phone 3-4 times daily. I have been an iPhone user for over 10 years now and I am not impressed with the iPhone 14 Pro Max. It seems like it has a lot more problems than my last iPhone XS Max. My son is using my old iPhone XS Max and he doesn't have any problems with it.

My biggest complaint is when a call is coming in I can't answer it. Also when trying to use DUO to authenticate it won't let me click on the "OK" button until I restart my phone. I hate to say it, this has got to be the worst phone I have ever owned that was produced by Apple. The androids not only have better cameras that can optical zoom 50x before having to do a digital zoom. I have what 3x optical zoom with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I will tell you, taking a picture of the moon with my phone I only see a small dot where with my neighbor's phone they can fill the entire frame. However, the night time pictures with the low light feature on my phone is far superior than I have seen on any other phone.

HI and same here! This needs to be fixed a.s.a.p. It's embarrassing and I miss phone calls when I hit the answer button, nothing happens and I have to call the caller back - for no reason.

Its march 9th and still this happens on the 14 pro max. Its so frustrating! Please apple fix this asap.

Any help with little 'face recognition'? I only have it work with Apple Pay services, then not always. I also am unable to use Touch ID.

I’ve had two iPhone 14 Pro Max’s and both have had the same problem with screens not recognizing finger taps.

Same happed with and now screen and functions buttons not respond anymore
