I've done dozens of clean installs of macOS Ventura 13.0 and 13.1, trying different Power Nap settings and hibernation modes because it seems clear that this is a bug that occurs when the imac goes to sleep. Although it seems that hibernation mode 0 delays the appearance of the error compared to mode 3 (by default), I have not been able to solve it. I think it's a bug in macOS Ventura and it should be fixed in some of the next minor updates. I hope we don't have to wait for macOS 14.

On the other hand, if someone has a solution or understands what is happening, it would be well received.

This error occurs on a 2019 iMac. I have verified that it does not occur on a 2017 Macbook pro.

It is not solved with a clean installation of MacOS Ventura 13.1, without installing additional applications, and bluetooth turned off. If the iMac goes to sleep, the next restart ContextStoreAgent.plist reappears in the trash.

These kind of mistakes give me a bad feeling for owners of "old" macs with intel chips.

Me too. But the file name is ContextStoreAgent.plist.0Nv7cUs. It keeps going into a recovered folder in the trash. I think that occurs after rebooting a session where the mac went to sleep
