Startup issue

Every time i start up my macbook pro it opens to the preferences sharing pane and a safari page

If it automatically opens Safari that can be reset in System Settings. Then click on General, then Login items. This is where you determine which apps should be opened automatically. You can turn off Safari's automatic opening there.
