Recently i bought a new iphone 14 pro and when i wanted to move everything over to the new phone i realized that i forgot my apple id password. So i started the recovery process after 14 days i didnt get a text so i started it again and had to wait another 4 days and i still havent gotten the text message and i cant use my new phone or reset it without the apple id so i would like some help from somebody who could help me with my situation

It sounds like you started an Account Recovery request and have not been contacted, right? While there isn't a way to speed up the process, you can check the status with the steps here:
How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password
"Check the status of your request
At any time, you can see how long it will be until your account is ready for recovery, or when more information will be available. Just go to iforgot.apple.com and enter your Apple ID."
