Full screen caller ID not working or contact photo not resizing

Full screen caller ID not working I’ve tried all the ticks and tips on YouTube and google and still nothing

also if I try resize the contact picture like zooming in it will remain the full picture and when I do so sometimes when the contact will message me I will get their number instead of there name

anyone know what’s could be possibly causing this ?

Please try these troubleshooting steps first if you are noticing an issue with how your contacts are displayed for new calls and messages:

Restart your iPhone.
Update your iPhone.
If you are using iCloud to manage your contacts, toggle Contacts off and then back on in your iCloud settings.
You can also try the suggestions listed in the following Apple Support article: If your iCloud Contacts, Calendars, or Reminders won’t sync.
