FCPX Export Fails!!!! I'm on deadline and desperate for help!!!!

I've been having serious issues with export. Getting a fail message saying that I'm out of memory. Have nothing else running, 16 of Ram, plenty of disk space. This is beginning to happen more frequently but right now I'm up against a deadline, so a little panic is setting in.

I saw some things about Chrome being the culprit, so rather than uninstall, I actually opened a new MacBook Pro that was supposed to be a xmas gift.. haha. Brand new, no plugins, no Chrome...fresh FPX install and this is still happening. This is obviously a very serious bug... I'm completely terrified that I won't make this deadline.

I've looked through threads here and don't see a fix. Anyone have a successful fix? Thanks in advance!

MacBook Pro, OS X 10.11

Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here.

Use the “additional text” button and paste the report into the text box.

Also, tell us about the media you are using (codec, frame rate, size) and what drive contains the media and library (HD or SSD, how it is connected, what format, how much free space).
