Im using AirPods pro 2nd generation for 3 months. I found that air pods replacement ear tips are not fitting properly to the ear pods. A small visible gap is found between the ear pods and ear tips even if i try to adjust it.

It appears the ear tip may not be pushed on all the way or aligned properly based on the photo you shared. When attaching an ear tip, "align the ear tip with the oval-shaped connector on the AirPod. With your fingers at the base of the ear tip, push the ear tip onto the connector until you hear it click into place." This information can also be found in the following article.

Troubleshooting this Gap:
It's Time for a New Pair: This gap is going to stay there until you get a new AirPod. Having a cut like this may cut your ear. So, get a new pair. And that's that.
Not Useful, the gap still appears
If you suggest buying a new pair, what is the purpose of paying 1049 SAR, If the company cannot provide a warranty for such kind of defective accessory?
