hello, my 13 pro max is loosing battery life rapidly. went form 94% to 83% in just two months. i'm not using the phone while charging and am using optimised battery charging. phone has no known water damage or other type of damage what so ever. i'm using OG cable and charging brick. what can be a problem?

You didn't mention the age of the phone. Generally, Apple will replace the battery under warranty if the battery health falls below 80% during the first year.

the phone is 1 year old. warranty is expired. also, in 10 months, battery dropped only to 94% and for last two months, to 83%.
