How to Turn Off Login Items Notifications?

Hi, running Ventura 13.1 on Mac Mini M1. I do not know how it happened but now every time I boot up, the right side of the screen is filled with these "Login Items Notification" messages. See screenshot. I have deleted unnecessary login items, disabled all apps running in the background, turned off all notifications in System Settings. Nothing worked. And I found nothing helpful when searching online, so maybe someone can tell me how to turn these **** things off.

Here is where I turned off all background updates and notifications

This is insanely annoying, I have turned off all notifications, running do not disturb, removed and disabled as much as possible and they still appear. Even if I simply go in to the login items settings page they all pop up again. Sort it out Apple. Super lame.

That solution has been talked about ad infinitum on all of these discussions. It may or may not work depending on the software that is causing the notifications. Printer software was an example of the type of software that might just be solvable with the suggestion you posted. They often install stuff that is not used by anyone. Removing those launchd config files normally does not prevent use of the printer. The other stuff added by printer software is kernel extensions to respond to button presses on the printer interface (like scan to folder or email). Those would stop working if you remove their launchd items.

Often, removing and reinstalling the software solves the problem for software that is written correctly.

There is other garbageware out there that sees you removed their launchd files and will "repair" itself, generating another notification.

There isn't a single solution to all of the problematic software. The above is one option to try, but may result in unusable software or crippled software.
