Using the Apple TV app on my smart tv and every time we use it, it’s pixelated the entire time. Yea we’ve tried everything from restarting to deleting. Paying for it so kinda ****** it’s not working. Hasn’t worked since we got it.

Can you provide a photo of what you are seeing on your screen? That would most certainly help.
Talking to a a vacuum it would seem - meanwhile we are all paying for a service that we cannot use, come on Apple - this is meant to be a support community - with NO SUPPORT - can you respond please ?
Same TV streams Netflix and Prime with no problem. What's going on? Please post something in reply to the question.

Sony and Privacy is the Culprit:
It probably has to do with Sony’s concern for Piracy. If you try to play a burnt Music CD or a burnt DVD disk, their players typically just won’t play it. Sony has been that way for decades. A bit arrogant, if you ask me. There’s no burning taking part, but it’s how their devices operate.

Just restarted my Apple TV channel. It’s pixelating the whole time. Jumping, pausing and blurry
This helped, sort of… it’s less now and only in small areas but still happens… frustrating Apple is not addressing the issues!
When watching apple tv in another house - picture is pixelated
Apple jumped their subscription rate to over $10.00 a month and made the service useless. I am done I can watch nothing and they charge more.
Has anyone got any answers regarding the apple tv. When I try to watch a movie on my sony tv, every picture becomes distorted and heavily pixelated?
