Thanks!
To confirm the Memory has issues, remove the OWC modules, and reinstall the Apple modules and test. However, OWC Memory does has known issues in iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020). For your model, I suggest you use Crucial Memory.

OWC has fixed the problem with the 2020 iMac. I'd contact their customer support and talk to them. It's fairly sure they will replace them with the new modules that will work. It's worth a try as it'll beat shelling out addition $$$ for a new set of modules
I'd cal the back and ask for replacement modules.
Before then you can try adding one OWC module at a time the Apple modules and run for a while to see if only one is bad. Then ask for replacements for those that prove bad.
Call OWC Customer Support and get the info straight from the horse's mouth: USA 1-800-275-4576 or INTL +1-815-338-8685

Hello!
What brand of Memory did you use for the upgrade?
Jack
I have a 2017 iMac version with the same brand but 64GB Ram which is the max capacity on that machine.
I actually did that a couple times before -- reinstall Apple RAM default and test. It wasn't a problem when I changed back to 4GBx2 cards. I may have to look into the Crucial memory you mentioned.
On what basis are you saying that the memory has issues? Reference?
Reference to document the problem and resolution?

Self referential links are not helpful. How about primary sources? Anyone?
It's been over 2 years. If you need a prime source call OWC back and ask them about their first 2020 iMac RAM modules.
