iPad Pro wont go past Apple screen... Fails to restore

My Ipad is stuck on the Apple screen. I researched how to fix it. Found that I need to restore it. Downloaded iTunes on my PC, and attempted the restore. The restore is interrupted with a "could not restore device" error code 9.

Is there anything else that I can do if i am attempting a system restore but keep getting error code 9, unable to restore? I tried different port on my PC, different cable, restarting it....
