How do you remove the offending object that is causing Google Chrome Popup Scam dialog boxes. Best regards and thank you, AJ

Phishing popup on iPhone Safari on my iphone immediately loads a website named prxy download and displays a popup telling me my iphone has been hacked. I cannot get rid of this. I rebooted the iphone, I cleared all safari history and website data without success. I clicked a link in Safari and it redirected me to a website named prxy download. I rebooted, cleared website history & data w/o success. I have the 17.2.1 update. None of this has helped. The popup provides an OK & Settings button with a 90 second countdown timer.
