CarPlay Not Connecting

Anyone having problems with Apple CarPlay not connecting? I have a 2019 Volvo XC w60here Apple CarPlay stopped working last week. Every time I connect by USB cable I get "Connection Error".

I have tried all of the suggestions and nothing is working. I am using the updated IOS 16.3.1 and my Volvo had it's software updated last week.

I do not use a VPN or any other software on my phone that would prevent it from working.

I also had this problem with 16.3.1, my solution was I turned off screen time altogether and rest carplay.
