Recently when friends or family send me pictures through iMessage Ive been receiving them as jpegs and I can’t see the image and this recently started happening like a week ago.

After updating my phone I was unable to download jpegs. Thanks for the advice of turning off my IMessages and phone. That is working so far!

never had that before. Now the pics don’t show up till the next day sometimes? I keep turning phone off and restarting.

a few months ago I was sent images of documents. Back then I could see them. I stored them in a folder on my MacBook Pro. Now they are illegible text messages. Is there a way I can convert them back to images?
I have the same issue. Mine look similar to BlueMagic, except mine says "incoming" before the characters. I've seen it in Messages and also in my Box app when i uploaded an image. Tapping it opens it up.
Not helpful…. Clearly this is related to the upgrade and older iPhones…. Is there a fix?
