Recently when friends or family send me pictures through iMessage Ive been receiving them as jpegs and I can’t see the image and this recently started happening like a week ago.

I am also having the same problem which started after I updated my iPhone to the latest IOS
Lol nothing is wrong with either of our phones. Like the other guy said soooo millions of phones are screwed up 🤷🏻♀️
I have the same problem and have tried all recommended solutions to fix the issue but nothing works.

either u or person sending the text did not update the iOS

Sooo, I followed the steps and it worked fine for about a month. Now I’m back in the same boat. Unable to download pictures or videos! What’s the deal? I’m ready to switch to an Android phone.
