iPad Pro : MFI usb device does not work when connecting through a USB-C Hub

Recently bought Accsoon Seemo, HDMI capture card over USB-C with MFI certification. it is kinda device making iPad to a monitor. Connecting it directly to my iPad Pro(12.9, 6th gen) has no problem no matter what c-to-c cable is, but when connecting it through a usb-c hub, iPadOS does not recognize and receives no video signal. Because of power delivery and additional external storage, I need to use the device with a hub. how can I solve this issue? I thought it is bandwidth problem but device manufacturer said it only uses USB 2.0 bandwidth.

USB PD (Power Delivery), while supported by the hub, is unlikely to be a supported protocol on all of the hub’s USB ports. Don’t forget, USB PD is for detecting and controlling Power Delivery from the external power-source.

In all likelihood, your hub will only support USB PD on its USB-C PD port (where you connect the Power Adapter) and the host port (the iPad). Other USB ports are very likely just USB 2.0/3.0 - regardless of the physical port being a USB Type-A or USB-C presentation.
