Microsoft 365

I have purchased Microsoft 365 since it came out and never have had a problem. This year I automatically re-upped my subscription. All the apps work fine except One Drive. I only received 100 gigabytes of space instead of 1000 Gigabytes. Calls to Apple and Microsoft have resolved nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any solutions?

This probably won't help, but Microsoft has a new (introduced in January 2023) "Microsoft 365 Basic" plan that includes only 100GB of storage and includes the Web and Mobile (iPhone, iPad) versions of Word, etc but not the desktop version. See: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/compare-onedrive-plans

and https://www.cnet.com/tech/services-and-software/microsoft-365-basic-offers-100gb-storage-and-more-perks/

That is the only 100GB option I'm aware of. But if that's the reason, not sure why Microsoft wouldn't know and not sure how your subscription would have changed to that.
