Adding State ID to iPhone Wallet

I signed up with the Colorado DMV through my iPhone Wallet to add my Colorado drivers license to Wallet. The State emailed me saying my request through Wallet was authorized, but Wallet still says “identity verification in process” and that Wallet will notify me when it hears from the State. It has been stalled like this for weeks. There is no indication from Wallet or the State that any further action is needed from me. How do I break the stalemate?
