My Apple Care source was changed from my Credit card to my Debit card.

Your AppleCare payments have nothing to do with the Wallet app; they come from the card or cards on file in your Apple ID (https://appleid.apple.com). They may be the same cards that you have in your wallet app, but that is only by your choice and happenstance. If you have more than one card on file in your Apple ID and the primary one is refused by its issuer it will take from the next card on file. You can view these payment methods either in your Apple ID (as I already posted) or on your phone by going to Settings/[your name]/Payment & Shipping and look under Payment Methods.

Secure your Account:

Being suspicions of this, someone may have your credentials. So, secure your account ASAP, start with a new eMail Address. Consider using a new email address for Apple, and Apple alone.

A. Modifying your Credentials:

If you suspect activity issues, then modify the you credentials. Someone may know your credentials, so using a opening and using new eMail address for your Apple Account seems the best, single route to take of the three provided above.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

Where are you getting this from --this seems to be no more than a scam.

Seems you need to prove a few things to Apple. Apple is not going to take your money without your consent. So, contact Apple Support and show them this thread through screensharing your iPhone.

Screenshare with the Apple Rep:

To easily show the Apple Rep what is going on here, request a prompt for a screensharing session with the Apple Rep. That will allow them to see this firsthand, and upfront. Show this user through screensharing your Mac. Show them any paperwork or hover over something, through screensharing your iPhone.
