Why am I unable to accept terms and conditions on iCloud after updating to iOS 16.4?

Since I updated my iPhone 11 to ios 16.4, I have a message saying I need to accept terms and conditions on iCloud. When I tap on terms and conditions, it never opens. I logged out and logged in again. Same result. And I still have the notification that I need to accept terms and conditions. Do not have this issue on my iMac Pro or my iPad.

Got the solution to the problem from a chat with an Apple supporter:


You may have multiple iCloud accounts configured.


Try to remove the other iCloud account shown in the following locations:

Settings > Mail(Calendar, Notes, Reminder, Contacts) > Accounts


It worked for me and the issue of not being able to accept terms and conditions is history.
