Suddenly i cannot access my apoke id from the settings app and face is and passcode option ate not available

If you have a work email account on your phone it can have restrictions. Just the presence of a work email account gives your IT department control of security features on your phone.
As a check, go to Settings/General/VPN & Device Management. Do you see a profile for your work email?

my face id suddenly stopped working. I went through all the steps to reinstall it and then it says faceid is not available at this time.??
The passcode still works.
I checked restrictions and everything is enabled and I’m still unable to change my passcode. The option to change it isn’t there , I tried updating , resetting the phone
