Just to be clear, you did this:
If that does not resolve the problem you probably have either Parental Controls enabled on your device (possibly from a parent’s phone), or you have a work or school email account on your phone and the administrator has blocked changing the passcode.

Hello, I just update into ios 17.3 and under seting menu, no Face Id menu and I cannot access to my account settings (is blocked).
