In Keynote version 13.0 (7036.0.126), the print dialog (which is unmoveable on the screen) is too big for the screen if the screen setting is 1280 x 832 or bigger. The PDF option is off the screen, and the only way to access it is to change screen sizes. Likely not intended...
Change the Display setting to Default for Display in: Apple menu > System Settings > Displays
If that is the setting currently used, change to the next setting to the right for more space.
Hover the mouse over the top or bottom edge of the print dialogue box then click and drag outwards to resize.
Sure, I get that I can change the screen resolution size. But I need the screen resolution size as it is because of my visual limitations. Never before has Keynote made it impossible to print a PDF regardless of the screen size. I can’t imagine there’s a reason they’ve chosen to make it impossible to print regardless of the screen size. Therefore, it seems like a mistake. Were there a simpler way to flag a bug, I would happily do it. Is there a simpler way?
