hello, im using 1 sim and right now i’m trying to activate esim but i can’t, esim’ QR code is not working and there is no add esim or add data plan in setting, so i can’t activate it, please help!

Well, as I suspected, that code belongs to a 13 ProMax device manufactured for China, Honkong, Macao markets, and it doesn't support any eSIMs, just two phisycal SIM cards.
See these specs, extracted from this support page:--> Identify your iPhone model
Settings>General>About>Model Number... tap on it, and you should see an "Axxxx" code (where xxxx are four numbers).

I found put that my phone is dual sim. The simcard tray holds two sims side to side. Try re-check yours .

Your phone does not support eSIM if there is not an Add eSIM option under Settings > Cellular.
Most likely because it was sold in China, Hong Kong, or Macau… as has been repeatedly stated here.
