Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I go to the setting then it says that my network isn't available.. when i click on it, it says that phone is not allowed.

What should i do if the device says that my phone is not allowed for the network.. i tried chang the sim card but it's still same..

You will need to contact the carrier that the phone is locked to and ask them to unlock it.
