Unstable network - iPhone 11 (maxis)

Switched from Maxis to Celcom, this issue persists. Sometimes I can't even make normal phone calls. Last week I got a minor car accident and I STRUGGLED TO EVEN MAKE AN EMERGENCY CALL.

fuucking disappointed with Apple at this point. Really.

Mine doesnt work too. Restarted, other sim cards. Definitely a phone problem and not the service provider. Had to buy a new phone so that I can even have a phone.

I'll be looking to apple to compensate for the fact that I had to buy a new phone when my iphone11 was working just fine.

Still the same issue. Been facing this since May. Keep on updating to latest IOS updates and the peoblem still persist. What’s the purpose of me buying this phone to enjoy good quality phone when i need to keep it in the drawer because of connection issues? I hope Apply can compensate or fix this bug because apparently it happens to the whole world not just Malaysia. I’ve invested my large saving for this ip11 last 2 years and was hoping i can use it longer.

Yes, i have same issue with Maxis, i just change from U***y to Maxis in a month, previously with U***y i have no issue

I have the same problem, contacted Maxis customer service but seems like they do not have any temporary solutions for this.

Anyone got any other ways?

So for all of you with these network issues, what version of iOS are you running, are you running 17.1.1?

im also facing same issue, and they say it could be hardware issue, and asking to leave the phone in service centre.

but it’s like, mine is eSim, so I can’t use other phone or anyhow, and they don’t have temporary replacement phone.

I've called Maxis several times and everytime they were just redirecting me to call Apple for this particular issue. So I did and called Apple, updated the iOS to latest version as they told me to, and the problem persists. Thought it would be just temporary but it's been two **** weeks, is there any ACTUAL solutions yet?

Same issues - phone line and data are both not stable.

Called Apple & Maxis, problems remain.

I've did EVERYTHING that Apple & Maxis asked to do.

I have same issue in Italy with Vodafone.

I put my Sim on Iphone 8 and it works well. Other Sim on my Iphone 11 are not stable.

Apple told me that from HW Point of view is ok.

I let my iphone to change mother board. But could it be a SW issue ?

Since customers from other countries also having the same issue with iphone 11.

I think you should compensate us as we have paid so much and facing the issues that never been solved for months.

Telco company informed that it is iphone issue which we need to refer to Apple but until now I am still facing unstable phone line and data.

I didn't see any reply ( official or unofficial ) from Apple.
