How to ask for a subscription refund when Apple ID does not show any record of it?

The app nebula took me $19 out of my bank account and I didn’t do the trial or signed up for a subscription and my Apple ID does not show and record of it but my bank account shows it was taken out. What do I need to do to get a refund?

I went onto the nebula website and was able to contact there customer support. They replied via email and after some negotiations I was able to secure a refund.

They will try to justify these charges and explain why they took them but if you stay adamant that you didn’t authorise this and they have been take in error you should get a refund. They tried to offer me 50% back at first but I refused and eventually got it all.

When I clicked your link Nebula was not in the active nor inactive section of my subscriptions, because of the fact that I never agreed to a subscription, however they still tried to charge my card. I checked this myself when i was charged by going to my name in settings and then the subscription section. If I never had my card locked I would have also been charged the $19 as well. This app is a scam and they are trying to charge ppl’s card information unknowingly. This makes me feel like my info was accessed by them somehow without my consent…

Nebula horoscope is one of the most horrible apps you could ever download. They really ripped me off for no reason I deleted the app the same exact day I downloaded it I don’t understand why they are not trying to refund me which I tried to get a refund three different times, and they are denying a refund to me which is bull if you ask me! As a mother of two children and difficult times this is definitely ridiculous taking peoples money for no apparent reason!

Urgent! Need help! - Fraud - Subject: Urgent: Unauthorized Charge of €39 by Nebula App

Hello everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I urgently need your advice regarding an issue I’ve encountered with an unauthorized charge from Nebula app.

2 Days ago, a charge of €39 appeared on my Postepay bank card statement, identified as “PAY*APPNEBULA CO NICOSIA.” I want to emphasize that I did not authorize this transaction, nor have I ever subscribed to Nebula’s services. This charge appears to be unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.

I have already contacted Nebula’s customer service requesting an immediate refund of €39, but I am concerned about the next steps. Should I escalate this issue with my bank to dispute the charge? Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your prompt assistance. M.

I have the same issue , my apple pay has beem charged by this website 3 times without my permission. 1st time 1 $ , 2nd time 19$ and the 3rd time 39$ .

they are basically scammers and they asked only for 1 $ but once they charge your card they will charged you several more times . Now i blocked my card but it’s too late too . Cuz they already charged me 3 times without my permission. I don’t know how to refund this amount back . I wish apple pay don’t shared the card details to any merchant without authorization.
