I hope this message finds you well. I urgently need your advice regarding an issue I’ve encountered with an unauthorized charge from Nebula app.
2 Days ago, a charge of €39 appeared on my Postepay bank card statement, identified as “PAY*APPNEBULA CO NICOSIA.” I want to emphasize that I did not authorize this transaction, nor have I ever subscribed to Nebula’s services. This charge appears to be unauthorized and potentially fraudulent.
I have already contacted Nebula’s customer service requesting an immediate refund of €39, but I am concerned about the next steps. Should I escalate this issue with my bank to dispute the charge? Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
