For a carrier that supports Apple Watch (and AirTel in India does), that usually means the carrier needs to make changes to the cellular account. As suggested in the message, contact the carrier.

Else-planet, I've generally found company stores to be more responsive than resellers' stores. If you don't call.


But if AirTel customer support can't or won't help, switch carriers.
