Not receiving iPhone verification texts

That's the exact date mine started. I called the carrier AT&T twice and both times they didn't think it was on their end. Magically after my 2nd call it was fixed and the messages sent by short code came in. Not sure what they did. If you call your carrier, don't mention anything about issues with Android texts, they will assume it's an "Apple" thing. Just tell them you aren't getting text verifications.

Restart your iPhone - Restarting your iPhone can often fix glitches that may be preventing you from receiving verification code SMS. Press and hold the Power button until the "slide to power off" option appears, then swipe to shut down your iPhone. Once your iPhone has shut down, press and hold the Power button again until the Apple logo appears.

I can confirm this is purely a phone service provider issue. Took the support lady a single click and a reboot of my phone, and the service now works! I have to assume AT&T performed some update on their side and did not notify customers to call support.

U have to go to your carrier (AT&t in my case). Ask the tech rep in the store to call att support (+243). That 243,tech will clear your acct to receive all texts.

Please go to: Settings > Your Name > Name, Phone Numbers, Email. Now, under “CONTACTABLE AT,” do you see your phone number?

To double-check your device’s phone number, please go to: Settings > Your Name. Now, just above the red “Sign Out,” tap on iPhone. Now, under “DEVICE INFO,” check your phone number, and make sure it is entered in the place I described above. 👆

Contact your carrier and discuss your SMS “non-delivery” issues.

I'm having this same problem. I find that if I turn of my iPhone and then turn it back on, the verification text message comes through. But this is cumbersome and time consuming and never used to be required.

Avoiding Blocking:

Do you have any Security Software installed? If so, it might be what it filtering out these numbers.

Bro u don’t go to the AT&T store and ask them to call a number. U call AT&T customer care yourself like a normal person. This is not AT&T store employees job to fix this as IT IS AN IPHONE ISSUE NOT CARRIER ISSUE!! The store employees are there to sell phones not fix your problems. This is coming from an AT&T store manager. This is false, u call customer care yourself at home, we’re not going to help with that in the store.

Contact your carrier and they should be able to resolve the issue for you.
