Need help choosing right formatting options for Samsung T7 SSD to use with M2 Macbook air macOS Ventura 13.4

I have 2 new Samsung PSSD T7 touch media SSDS that I want to use with my M2 MacBook macOS Ventura 13.4.

I need to erase and reformat the SSDs.

Do I need to Choose

A. Samsung PSSD T7 Touch Media or

B. T7 Touch

When I go to disk utility which format do I choose - I only have two choices

A. Mac Os Extended (Journaled) or

B. Mac OS Extended (Case-sensitive journaled)

Which Scheme

A. GUID Partition Map

B. Master Boot record

C.. Apple Partition Map
