Apple Wallet says “Pass Disabled” for TicketMaster

My Ticketmaster concert tickets in the Wallet suddenly show “Pass Disabled” and “This pass is associated with a different Apple ID”. Ticketmaster has not been able to help me so far. I do still show my tickets in Ticketmaster. Is it safe and wise to try deleting them in the Wallet and then start over in Ticketmaster and add to Wallet again? I did not transfer these to anyone so there shouldn’t be duplicates. Although a different set of tickets for same weekend were transferred to my spouse and it has the same message.

Just had this same issue. I decided to try signing out of my Apple ID on my phone and got a notif from the Ticketmaster app saying I need to sign into my iCloud to add my pass (my ticket) back to the wallet app. So I signed back in and it worked for me! To anyone having this issue, try signing out of your Apple ID and signing back in in the wallet app or in settings (try either). That’s exactly what I did and it worked! Hopefully it works for you too :)

No it does not. You're only resetting the network settings not your entire phone.

Your phone will turn off, turn it back on, use your code to unlock it/re-activate facial recognition, and rejoin your home Wi-Fi.

I'm no Apple expert but this works.

Passes disabled hasn't been an issue for a while now. Apple hasn't issued any iOS updates past 17.5.1. Also now As well Ticketmaster doesn't give you access to your tickets right after purchasing. You have to wait till about 48 hours before the event before they can be added to your wallet.

I am unable to add any Ticketmaster ticket to my wallet because my new Apple ID does not match the old Apple ID associated with my Ticketmaster account/profile. Apple ID on your device must match the logged in profile. There is no TM fix. Apple ID in your TM account is immutable. I spoke with TM support. What you need to do is to call TM support 800 653 8000 and ask to have your current TM account deleted on their side. Once deleted create a new TM account with the proper Apple ID associated with your current device/wallet.

This is not an Apple issue and you have unrealistic expectations as to what pressure Apple can apply to an independent developer. If Ticketmaster doesn’t comply, the resolution is they are blocked and apps are removed from the Apple App Store. Does that satisfy you and other customers? I don’t know, but are tickets still available at will call? Maybe that’s the best alternative.

Apple can’t fix poor customer service, broken promises and a myriad of other issues Ticketmaster is challenged by.

Apple does offer the access to dozens, probably hundreds of software engineers and extensive test of their apps before they’re released to the public.

Im sorry for your poor customer experience, and dissatisfaction with your Apple Wallet experience. But it boils down to Ticketmaster facing extraordinary market conditions (scalping, counterfeit tickets, scammers stealing tickets), that Ticketmaster’s own security does not permit tickets to easily be transferred to another party.

I will the idea of creating a new Ticketmaster account with a different email thank you for that suggestion. I do have another email address that I could use. I'll post again as to whether it works for me or not. Still ridiculous that Ticketmaster has not resolved the issue, and absolutely unacceptable that their customer service - both chat/email and phone - is non-responsive, and when they do actually respond, they are completely useless. My last communication from them was on day of the event (I'd been trying for three weeks to transfer or sell tickets I had purchased but could not use) - it said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. On the day of the event. Unbelievable. To top it off, they never communicated with me again afterward. Horrible customer service.
