How to stop remote access to iPhone?

Im having same problem. in the morning i open safari and there are windows open that I did not open. I have added extra verification, changed my Apple ID password, dont know what else to do. My credit cards are compromised regularly , buying TV stuff. Next is to replace router. Any other suggestions? suggest type of router to get?

Did you ever find a solution to your problem? The exact same thing has been happening to me for about a year and I am so sick of it! No one has been able to help and I have also filed police reports etc

Gosh, now I'm tempted to start reading log files just to find that. Too funny.

There might be no method known to you, but I can also confirm that it is happening. Somebody is remotely accessing my iPhone: In the Music App songs are selected which I never selected (and no, no shuffling function was enabled), searches are done which I never did, roaming data is used although I wasn’t abroad, the mobile data counter shows data usage for “uninstalled apps” although I did not uninstall anything since the last reset of the counter, data usage for the hotspot is indicated for "Other devices" although my hotspot is always off. I also reinstalled iOS, changed AppleID password and device code, it didn't help. It looks like some MDM would be active

There are all sorts of more likely explanations for your issues than someone remotely accessing your phone. But, as you are determined to believe that your phone has been compromised, trying to help you troubleshoot them would be a waste of time.

I am having the same problem. Even think someone else is receiving my messages by my phone number as I was logged into someone else’s Facebook that I don’t even know. Don’t know their email. I don’t know how this happened at all, but I got the text. I’m assuming whoever’s profile that was got the text as well could be wrong however I’m having files and emails disappear as well and finding other devices logged into my various accounts that I don’t own. I even turned off data access on the web, so I know in order for my files to disappear my phone has been remotely accessed. I’m not allowing data access on the cloud by web so this is the only way that could happen.

Is this still happening to you? It’s been going on 4 years now for me. I’ve chased my tail trying to figure it out. I believe it’s someone close to me that knows all my info. They’re called gang stalkers. I think my phone is being remotely managed by these ppl in a hidden file or app my iPhone.

Me also I have had numbers changed blocked the number& email address but they are still getting into my phone. I have sat and watched it do things and sometimes resetting 2 times a day. Has anyone been to FCC?

Please! All of this has been happening to me as well. I think I know who it is though and it’s an ex boyfriend, but I have Settings being changed on my phone data being used. They’re able to put my phone on do not disturb and when I change my social media settings and when I go and check my devices, it’s like there’s my device and they’re even cloning like replicating my my tablet or my iPhone, but I could tell that it’s different slightly different because it’s abbreviated differently or you know, spelled slightly differently, or mine will say 15 promax and the other just says iPhone I mean it I’ve tried different network provider. I’ve tried new modems. I’ve tried different passwords I’ve button New iPhone I’ve tried changing service providers. I’ve tried changing phone numbers emails, Apple IDs and it doesn’t matter what I do and my credit cards are constantly compromised. I’ve had to turn them off. I’ve had a late pay now with my credit cards. I mean, I just feel like I’m under attack all the time and I don’t know how to make it stop .

Did you read the entire thread? Including the parts that explain that there was nothing in those logs that gave any relevant information? And why?

Sir I beg to differ. Every phone can be accessed remotely. In a perfect world this only happens when the person connecting to device has been given permission or that person is managing said device. It is a mechanism that is built into every phone device . Apple, android , and every other maker utilizes this tool. Apple technicians often ask if they can share your screen when trouble shooting a device. In a perfect world it a indispensable tool for phones and other electronics.

May I ask why you would think the gentleman is confused about his issues? Are those events not actually happening ? That does not sound sensible. I mean he is the one with the device, would not he know how his device is functioning?
