How to stop remote access to iPhone?

Someone is remotely accessing my phone, internet and iPad. They have pretty much taken over both internet and cellular data. They are jamming my signals on a daily basis, my phone will loose data connection cellular and internet, which ever I am on.How do I get rid of them. This has been going on over a year. Called the police to file a report, talked to Samsung, Cox cable and T- Mobile. No one seems the least bit worried. I have done everything; hard resets, changed passwords, changed my numbers, new phones and nothing works. I am determined to figure this out and won’t stop until I do. Does anyone have another suggestion as to what to do besides get an old rotary land line and disconnect my internet……lol…. Oh and on my iPad under analytics data, I saw on one of the entries, with code(I know nothing about ), the words “RAT Retension”

Hi, I’ve been subject to being illegally surveilled for a while now.

The man at my old place was obsessed with me.

He put cameras all around my property to watch me when I was leaving, coming, going.

we were multiple times, broken in to; not to steal though?

I don’t know, but my cats behaviour showed that someone was entering my home And mistreating him!

He even had someone set fire to my backyard when I first moved in and admitted that he had it on video but got rid of the evidence when I asked for the police to charge him

I’ve had multiple iPhones be taken over and found listening devices in the house.

Again as you say, cops, don’t give a flying hoot?.

I don’t know anything about technology and I don’t want to conform to society, but considering that I don’t know how to get rid of them…. I’m a little stuck

it’s an outrageous and obscene breach of trust and a violation!

especially as a domestic violence, survivor and a survivor of childhood stuff

It seems if I have a computer then someone can just hack it but I’m in the position now where I want to get cameras and I can’t do that without Wi-Fi because last time they just broke in and stole the hard drive.

I want to be notified when I’m not home, but people can’t get through to me on the phone and messages are not coming through only for important calls, though, like from Apple or from the police or friend people that might actually be able to help me with this problem… so I’m wondering how this Wi-Fi will be with giving me these notifications

have you had any help or anything that might be an upward motion so that you can help me as well?

I just want my privacy, but I don’t have any money and I don’t do anything out of the ordinary.

i don’t use the phone, I don’t even go anywhere, I just want my privacy back.

i don’t think that’s too much to ask

please and thank you.

If you have any information on your initial issue that might help me I would appreciate it so so much.

thanks

A person that used to work for me stole two of my phones, which has access to all my accounts all my emails I bought a new phone. He’s in all my accounts again changing everything on my phone layouts turning on do not disturb turning on screen time, not letting me see any of my notifications, I sent a request from Apple to send me a copy of all my data. I cannot find the email where they sent me back. They were going to do it. I’m sure he requested it. How do I stop this? I believe my hardware is messed up in my phone. I’ve got multiple known locked Wi-Fi network with multiple addresses like 14 of them, what should I do? I need this to stop ASAP. He’s already gotten into two bank accounts opened up credit cards in my name and my mother’s name.

Phil, you have a lot to learn. It has been happening to me for 3 months, constantly hanging my passscode. So until you have experience or knowledge, keep it to yourself.

I have 25 years experience in IT, and device security. You have no right to tel any one what they can or cannot to say here.

There are all sorts of more likely explanations for your issues than
someone remotely accessing your phone. But, as you are determined to
believe that your phone has been compromised, trying to help you
troubleshoot them would be a waste of time.

So I've told the same problem mine's a little bit more severe with yours I'm these exploits are called zero click exploits or one click exploits if you want to know more about them you can do a Bing chat and asked the AI to describe everything and then ask i t to elaborate at the end of topic .. I would gather as much information as the process was inside the products that you use and then you can do cve bugs or unpatched exploits for those processors or for those products they use the processors that have been hacked by these exploits for your police records
