I can't get rid of EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard disk image?

Hello everyone, a while ago I tried using EaseUS Date Recovery Wizard to recover some deleted data, it ended up not working and I decided to delete the program, however, every time I start up my computer, the Recovery Wizard disk image prompting me to install it shows up again on my desktop, I've tried to delete all traces of this program on my library but it persists.

I don't know what else I should try, right before it shows up I can briefly see a prompt where a .dmg file is being opened but I cannot find the source for this, the original .dmg file I downloaded has been deleted. I cannot find answers to this anywhere.

Just a thought – If you go into System Preferences, Users & Groups, click on users and show Login Items, do you see any suspicious Login Items there? If so, you can find out where they are located on your Mac (right-click and Show in Finder) – and/or remove those items from the list of things to automatically run (with the "-" button).
