More than likely a memory hardware failure, although there is a possibility some app is buggy.

Try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected. Unfortunately the diagnostics don't detect most issues. The only useful diagnostic is one which reports a problem.

FYI, when asking for assistance you should always provide the exact model of the Mac and version of macOS. You can get this information by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac". If I knew the exact model of the Mac, then there may be other more thorough memory tests I could suggest for you.

You can run EtreCheck and post the report here so we can examine it for clues to see if there are any other Kernel Panics and to see if you have any third party apps installed which are known to cause problems. Typical culprits are anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software....none of which are needed on a Mac.

Just because the report says no trouble found does not mean the report doesn't contain clues for us. The developer of EtreCheck is a respected forum contributor and he designed the EtreCheck report to be posted here on these forums. The developer also offers to analyze the report for you for a fee (paid version) if you do not wish the community to analyze it for you. Sometimes the developer will even respond on these forums to offer suggestions based on the posted report. The choice is yours, but without the report you probably won't get too many responses here since contributors need information & details to offer suggestions.
