Is there any way to filter spam on the server prior to it being sent to my Junk folder? 99.9% of the emails sent to the Junk folder are actually junk but I still have to go through it to check for any misses and with 100+ a day, its a task I can do without.
Is it possible to block emails from even getting to my Junk folder? I have a ton of "Camp Lejune" emails as an example and setting up a filter to block that would lessen the amount of emails I have to scan through.

You can setup inbox rules with iCloud and those will be evaluated / run before it hits your Junk folder, or any folder for that matter. You can customize a wide range of rules either on iCloud.com in the Mail app or on your MacBook. Please refer to the following support pages for help with Mail rules. The Evaluation is done by the User who has purposely and willingly designated the e-mail as Junk and Not Apple
And / Or The Evaluation is done by the User when He / She created the Mail Rule
