Prime video app on Apple tv

I will try to explain it.

We had prime video app on Apple tv primarily on account of one of the family member. He was no longer able to pay for it with his credit card, because his bank blocked payments for Amazon because of the hacks and alleged unsecured cards managing from Amazon.

Than I created my own account for prime video and also signed in the app with new account and purchased prime video free trial + subscription through iTunes.

That’s when the fun began. We were only able to sign in and watched prime video through an old user name, which is not paying. Me with new account and the one who is paying can’t log in amazon prime at all. Not working. It only says that account already exists.

So we are logging in on an old account and to be able to do that, we have to EVERY TIME first delete app, go to iTunes and reinstall it, register device on computer and than we can watch it. God forbid you go out of the app, you have to do it all over again.

I’ve cancelled subscription until further time and if this issue can’t be fixed probably not gonna renew subscription. 

And believe me, we tried it all and all the steps.

Anyone knows what to do?
