Are you using the Built In Keyboard and it is not working ?

Are you using a Bluetooth Keyboard and it is not working ?

Have you tried connecting a USB Keyboard to test if you can " type in password box. "

This would at least indicate of the two above Keyboards maybe malfunctioning
