How do I deactivate Junk Mail filtering using iCloud?

I've been told how to change my Junk Mail settings using the Mail app on a Mac, but I need to do this using iCloud or an iPad, iPhone, or a windows computer. Surely my email settings are not blocked by only having this Apple hardware but not that Apple hardware... any help? Thanks!

I have exactly the same problem. I know how to turn off junk mail filtering on my end, but how do I turn it off at Apple? I use an email account on iCloud.com. I can't figure out what kind of algorithm they use to determine 'junk mail'. Seemingly there is none...I'll get junk email from a send one time and it will go to my inbox the next. I just want to turn off ALL junk mail filtering...I can make that decision and delete quickly enough. Please help Apple.
