Well as worded, I am not sure I understand the question...(?)

—If you hover over the the green pill button gives you choices..

—If you hold the Option key and the green pill button it gives you other choices

—You can double click on any window border to expand fully in that direction.

—You can pinch to Zoom on the trackpad... make changes to your

System Settings>Trackpad

On the Keyboard the short cuts are:

Command + is zoom

Command - will decrease

Command 0 is default size

ref: Zoom in and out on Mac

for Big Sur search your >System Preferences for "Menu bar" show and hide option

i must add that im using editing app not simple apple window with red and yellow green button.

So when im working on my editing app, all those app are already in full screen BUT when i pass the mouse over the top of the screen i have this horriible menu bar which appears and prevent me from using my editing windows at the same top area.
So basically how can i suppress this top menu bar please ? (for me the menu bar is the one with the date, the hour of the day and stuff of course)

You do not say what "editing app" is problematic ?

Maybe there is a better choice out there if you have an ongoing issue.

Menu bar recommendation above...

if this is M1/M2 notebook(?)

When developers update their app for compatibility with the new Mac, the "Scale to fit below built-in camera" setting no longer appears.

Ok thanks

I solved myself the zooming problem.

Now regarding the ridiculous top menu bar, i must add that im using editing app not simple apple window with red and yellow green button.
