Logitech C930e external webcam not working on MacMini with OS Ventura 13.5

It has been a frustrating experience that the Logitech C930e webcam that I have been using for a few years suddenly do not work for my Mac Mini. I have ensured that both the OS and individual app are updated to the latest version. I have also made sure in Privacy and Security, access to camera is given to the apps that need to use the external webcam. What else could it be? Appreciate any help in here.

I can see that it is recognizing my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, but nothing for my webcam. In this case, what should I do?
