Photoshop out of position on the monitor. Always!

When I launch Photoshop (2023) it is correctly placed on screen. But when I come back to it after using Stage Manager (or multiple desktops, etc) it is always half off the bottom of the screen and has to be dragged back up. I have been putting up with this for the last few iterations of MacOS but my patience is wearing thin. It's the only application that does this and I tend to think it is the OS rather than the application, but I don't know how to fix it. Back in the day I would have gone on a preference-file deleting rampage and something would have worked. All apps ands OS are always up to date. All suggestions welcome.

Normally if only one app acts up then it's a problem with the app. You could disable Stage Manager when using Photoshop or report the problem to Adobe. FWIW, I assume by "last few iterations of MacOS" you mean of Ventura since it's the only version of macOS that includes Stage Manager.

In that case my answer stands. If Photoshop is the only problem, contact Adobe support.

FWIW, I don't run Photoshop but I do run Photoshop Elements 2023 and have no issue with it moving with multiple Desktops. I haven't checked it with Stage Manager.

You are right, I went to the Adobe forum and it is reported as a bug that is still awaiting a fix. There is also a suggested workaround which I am giving a go. Thanks!

No, the last few versions of MacOS. I know Stage Manager is new but it's the same with whatever type of multiple desktop (I can't recall the various names they have given this feature over the years). It's been going on for several ears.

How do you even get Photoshop to work with stage manager? I am trying to switch from CaptureOne and Chrome, which work correctly on the left side, but Photoshop still stays as it is when the other apps are open. It just stayed glued on the screen.

I think this primarily with Adobe products as i don't have it with anything else. My main issue is with Acrobat as it sometimes hides off to the right or just sticks to the screen like you're saying photoshop does. It almost make stage manager useless, so hopefully it'll get fixed. What was the available workaround?
