Variable options when copying/moving files with same name. Skip/Stop/Replace/Keep Both

I am not at my mac to confirm the details, but holding down the Option key will change the options in that window. What do you see when you depress Option?

The skip appears when there's more than one file that's the same in the destination location.

When there's only one file there's no Skip:

So if you want the Skip all the time make sure there's more than one duplicate file being moved.

Never saw the skip as a universal option.

It seems Stop would be appropriate .

What if this window does not even pop up anymore? How can I get it back?

I once accepted the 'don't ask again' box but now this screen doesn't appear anymore.
