Apple TV, can't enter user name
Apple TV, can't enter user name. When I click on Sigh-in, Enter User Name Box flashes and disappears.

If the box is moving away when you attempt to add your information, you may need to try power cycling the Apple TV to see if that resolves this issue. How to turn off or restart your Apple TV - Apple Support outlines how to do this.
"Unplug your Apple TV
If the Settings menu and your remote don't restart your device, unplug your Apple TV from power. Wait six seconds, then plug it back in."
