I have followed the apple instructions to change my email address as per link:
Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
However, when I try to do so it says 'continue on one of your devices'. When I go to mac - I am not able to delete the current email because it is linked to my apple ID.
I am stuck in some weird loop! How do I do this?
