Troubleshooting a Stollen iPhone...

I. Secure your Account:

Having been suspiciously fiddled with, someone likley has your credentials. So, do three Things:

A. Verify Your Devices:

Verify that your the devices logged in to your account or officially yours, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

B. Consider Modifying your Credentials:

By all means, consider modifying your credentials, starting with a new password.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option.

C. Change the Password and Passcode:

• Mac: Change or Reset the Password of a macOS User Account in macOS Mojave or Earlier - Apple Support
• iPhone: Change your Passcode or Passcode Settings - Apple Support

II. Erase with Find My:

Here is how to erase your iPhone with Find MY (if it was set up to do so): Erase a Device in Find My on iPhone - Apple Support

The message that you are seeing is a SCAM that is trying to trick you into responding so the bad guys will have complete access to your phone.

Ignore and delete the message.

Report Scams to Apple:

If receiving arrogant messages and cam messages, you can report this to Apple and others (i.e. the federal government).  Perform as instructed here: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tips

And be wary of such messages in the future.
