this is not the only problem that causes this issue. I do not have killer on my pc at all.
Cannot login to iCloud at all using Chrome or Edge on Windows 11. Literally nothing shows up but a blank page. It's about time Microsoft and Apple and Google all got on the interoperability train, because having to download Firefox to read my .mac email -- which has worked flawlessly on every browser up until now for almost 30 years -- is super-annoying. It's not a user problem, it's an Apple engineering problem, so please fix it already without telling people to switch back to an outdated protocol (IPv4). Really disappointing that it's been over 3 months and hasn't been fixed.
I am currently running Windows 11 with the Killer app disabled. I'm using IPv6 and connect to iCloud on Chrome, Edge, Edge Canary, Edge Dev and Firefox.
And, FWIW - this community is made up of users. Apple has not acknowledge any specific cause and has not, at least that I have seen endorsed any solution, specifically turning off IPv6. This issue for me at least, started after an update to the Killer app.
The problem of not being able to logon to iCloud.com is caused by the "Killer Network Service" Read this for details > https://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-11/what-is-the-killer-network-service-in-windows-and-is-it-safe/
See this thread - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255075903 The fix/workaround may work for you.
Hope this helps!
On iPad using Safari, iCloud is still not loading documents. I hoped this would have been fixed by recent update. Attempt always ends in error message that not able to load.
