Verification failed on Apple app on Roku TV
My show might show a preview but then stops and I get an error message that says there’s a problem with my connection. I check my connection and it is okay. Then a message follows that says this video can not be played at this time. Try again later. Checked forums—Roku TV software is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Apple TV app. I have unplugged my Roku TV. NOW I’ve tried to sign in and I get a message that my verification has failed (N/6500CE05). All of my information is correct. I’m not sure if this matters but my iPhone app works with no problems with video. Any suggestions?
