Loaded iOS 17 but when I go to my Contact details, although Contact Posters is shown as an option, it also says "Disabled".
Most of the online solutions say go via the Contacts Poster option to Contact Poster settings - this is not possible when it is Disabled.
Any help please?

The most likely reason why your Contact Poster is disabled is because you have disabled Name & Photo Sharing. This setting controls whether your name and photo are shared with other people when you call them.
To check this setting, go to the Phone app and tap Edit in the top-left corner. Then, tap on your name card. Under Contact Photo & Poster, make sure that the toggle for Name & Photo Sharing is enabled.
If the toggle is already enabled, then the problem may be something else. Here are a few other things you can try:
Note: Even if you enable Name & Photo Sharing, the other person will still need to have iOS 17 installed in order to see your Contact Poster.
Whilst it changes the photos within contacts, it does not fix it for when you call someone unfortunately which is the whole point of this feature.
I've tried every workaround in this thread, and nothing works smh. Up to date iPhone 14pro max, why make it this hard to use a feature? Apple, please update this bug.
